FIND A STOREThe Heavy Metal Palette is a 5-color assortment of alcohol-activated metallic pigments. After applying, this self-setting formula dries to a waterproof and sweatproof finish, making it an excellent resource for any makeup that will be subject to intense conditions.
These earthy toned metallics are ideal shades for creating a broad range of SFX, fantasy, body art, and performance makeup designs that rely on durability to make it through production.
AAP-31 – 6gm./0.2 oz. Expect 10-20 applications per shade.
Due to the chunky and dense nature of metallic pigments, it is especially necessary to saturate these alcohol-activated colors with 99% isopropyl alcohol for optimum opacity and superb blending capacity.
Allow alcohol to soak into the colors for up to two minutes and work the colors into a creamy lather.
For solid color, apply with less alcohol. To create waterproof body shimmers, add more alcohol and blend liberally across the skin. For fine line work, utilize our flat brushes and round point brushes to accent fantasy and body makeup.
Remove colors with alcohol.
